I moved to Delray Beach in 2020 and rented, not knowing the area at all. I did not realize until I moved here that Lisa found me the best condo, in the best location in Delray Beach within my price range. It was the first time I had rented in 28 years and couldn't have been more pleased all the way around.

I valued her care, knowledge / expertise, honesty, and communication. I used her again, to find a new home for me in 2022. This was when homes would have 10 bids within the first day of listing, for months I was outbid out of my price range. Lisa was patient and compassionate in the 6 moths we were lookin at homes and putting in offers. Lisa is highly resourceful and knowledgeable and was able to negotiate a home purchase for me with a difficult seller in a complicated situation.

Lisa has become part of our family over the past 3+ years. We initially used her in early 2021 when attempting to move from an apt to a better rental. Her availability was great, she must have come to 10 different rentals with us and would always give her honest opinion rather than trying to push us to sign for something less than ideal. In 2023 she helped my mom locate a beautiful 2-bedrm apt in Century Village which was about $1,000 cheaper than she was currently paying. A few months later, my wife and I were ready to buy a house, and there was no decision to be made, we were calling Lisa. She set us up with her preferred mortgage lender on Wednesday, set up a showing on Thursday, and our offer was accepted on Friday. She is a true professional, always accommodating, and forms relationships with the realtor or party on the other side that prove to be extremely beneficial to her client's bottom line. I cannot recommend her strongly enough for all real estate purchase or rental needs!

Selling was a journey, full of adventures. From the beginning, in the parking lot of Harbour Freight when I first spoke to Lisa.
