This was a difficult sell. The value of the property was dropping as we uncovered problems with the property. It seemed that surprisingly a lot of people wanted this property but then faltered as we all discovered the problems with the property. Liz found more buyers than I think she thought she would. Lis apparently did a good job of finding buyers. Overall, it was rough. However, in the end, I do think we got the best amount of money that we could have considering the shape of the property.

Lisbeth was wonderful. She held my hand in the entire process. I was a first time buyer doing it all on my own and I was very nervous and also VERY uneducated with how the whole process worked. I was scared to look stupid with my questions at first but she made me feel safe and welcomed any questions big or small.

The process was wonderful. She handled everything but also took time to explain it all so I could understand. She worked every hour of the day especially when deadlines loomed so we didn't miss anything. I would work with Lisbeth again in a heartbeat. Looking forward to the next property!!
