Lori and Victoria helped us buy our home, and we loved the experience with them so much that we asked them to help us sell our home when we had to move away. They gave us realistic goals on what to expect and showed us reasonable comparable homes in the area and what they sold for. We interviewed other realtors before finally deciding to stick with Lori and Victoria, but everyone else seemed to over promise and didn’t give us as genuine a conversation as these ladies always have. The worst part about this whole situation is that we can’t take them with us to our new location! We fear that we will never find a realtor team as thoughtful, efficient, and delightful as the Smith-Stauder Team.
