Our process got delayed to the point where we believe that if it weren’t for her, we wouldn’t have a home right now. 1st time buyer, Had a real estate agent prior to Ms. Lynn Aglipay
They were very slow in acting, 2 years with that former agent, My wife and I did not even come close into starting the process to be
"pre - approved / qualified" to make any attempts to place a bid for a home.
Finally what I did remember was that Lynn
was in the real estate business! She consulted with us, worked a budget within our means and then Within 4 - 6 months in contacting Lynn, we were Pre - approved / qualified to purchased our 1st home.
It's been 4 years plus and very happy!
