I've been licensed since June 1999. In those years I’ve been an individual agent, built a mega team, managed offices, been a continuing education instructor, and been a Broker in 3 of the 4 states I've sold in. A large part of my individual production was built on relocation teams at Century 21, Coldwell Banker & a couple of smaller companies. Before moving to Arizona in late 2020 I averaged 31 closing & just over $8,500,000 in sales volume a year. I have the people skills, sales experience and ability to work with many different types and styles of clients from first time buyers to luxury homeowners. Communication has always been a strong pillar in my business which is why I've received dozens of production and customer service awards, including the Century 21 Top Block Service Award two consecutive years for military moves. I am equally strong with buyers and seller clients and believe consumers deserve a great experience from start to finish, which is why I am systems oriented.
