Year over year, Mesquite’s rolling three-month figures show softer prices and slower activity. Typical home values are down a little over 5 percent from last September, and the median list price has fallen about 8 percent. Both homes sold and new listings are also lower than a year ago, indicating fewer deals getting done and fewer fresh options coming to market.
