We finally decided to make the move and begin the search for a new home. Marjorie came highly recommended to us by a co-worker. We had the pleasure of working with Marjorie for almost 6 months. She was very attentive and patient with us during the entire process. The market is currently in a place where we wanted to move before rates or prices could potentially change at any moment, but didn't want to rush into anything. Marjorie was AMAZING. We not only were we first time homebuyers, but we were also moving from the other side of the country. Marj went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible, explain everything clearly, make accommodations for us being in a different time zone, setting up LOTS of tours for us while we were in town, and more. She did such a great job helping us narrow down what it was we were looking for, then giving us lots of options to explore within that window until we were able to fine tune it down to exactly what we wanted. I never felt like she was trying to “make a sale” or pushy in any way. Throughout the whole process Marj’s communication was consistent, she was reliable, she was patient, and she was truly kind.
