Maiya did an outstanding job helping me sell my home! From the very beginning, she advised me on how best to present my home so that it would sell despite this being a slower market. Her expertise and compassion told me she was just as invested in the sale as I was. I did my part by staging and keeping it well maintained, and she did her part by showcasing the best pictures, creating ads, and hosting open houses. We were a team. I got my first offer not even a week after it was on the market. Although it didn't work out, the second offer came a few weeks later, and I closed just a couple days ago. I'm so thankful for Maiya and her knowledge and communication with me throughout the whole selling process. She helped me buy this home and now she helped me sell it. I will definitely be contacting her if I ever need a real estate agent in the future.

Martha did an outstanding job assisting me with the purchase of my house. She gave me great advice in regards of the benefits and disadvantages of the properties that we toured, like costs that I would have to pay to fix things that were not in good condition. Also, Martha was very helpful in negotiating with the seller and she ended up getting me a very good contract and saving me a lot of money. Over all I highly recommend Martha as a real estate agent I would love to work with her in the future if I buy in more properties.
