During the process of discussing offers and counter offers, they did a great job of managing our expectations. Once an offer was accepted they maintained the focus on completing the sale and not letting the seller or the buyer get distracted with an issue or detail that could derail the final goal, which was a negotiated deal which the buyer and seller agreed on.
All went very smooth, no crisis moments. Also, with the in-house Moskowitz print shop, the beautiful listing brochures were made quickly and available.
