She was incredibly generous with her time, showing us around Sherman Oaks, Encino, Tarzana, Woodland Hills, and Calabasas to make sure we found our perfect home. Lani also did a great job walking us through neighborhood vibes and local businesses so we could actually picture living there.Stephanie and Lani asked insightful questions about our budget, lifestyle, and non-negotiables, then curated a tailored list for touring. When showings shifted or canceled, they pivoted fast and handled all the coordination. They also advocated for us during negotiations and made sure we understood our rights. I also appreciated that when we asked for opinions, they gave real, candid feedback. Stephanie’s taste and business sense are excellent. The thought of having to sell my parents home would be completely overwhelming and emotionally difficult, or so I thought. Understanding all the complexities of selling a home in this market was frightening, however, little did I know I would be in the best hands of Matt Kaminsky and is very supportive team. I couldn't' have asked for a better experience. Matt was there from the very start to the final signing, explaining all the paths we had to walk through. He was honest if he didn't know the answer to a question, and got back us quickly with the details we needed to have. I wish we had more properties to sell because he would get all of them!

The Payab Group was amazing! I am a first time home buyer and Katrina and Stephanie were so helpful when touring properties (and we toured a lot), explaining the real estate process, and walking me through everything that is involved in buying a home.
