Mark sold our house in Fairfield and also represented our buy side. He sold our house in 2 Hours!! He also helped us get a great deal on our new house! He was extremely knowledgeable and very easy to get in touch with when we had any questions during the buy/sell process.
He's awesome! Definitely the best realtor around!

Mark Pires of Coldwell Bankers in New Canaan, CT sold our NC home in 11/13. The process caused no stress or inconvenience to either me nor my wife. Mark used creative marketing ideas such as drone ariel photography and 3D photos inside the home. Mark was at every showing, always well dressed, but stood out of the picture if another realtor had brought a prospect. We got what we had hoped to sell for and closed on the date we all agreed to. Mark sets an example for other realtors.

A very diligent, professional and considerate realestate agent. Mark is very area and property knowledgable as well as market savy. Mark stays in great communication with his clients and he follows up and keeps his commitments. Mark is also a great listener and he always respects his clients requirements and instructions. I would not hesitate to recommend Mark as a realestate agent to either a buyer or seller as well as my family and friends!

Honest. Works for you. Mark goes the extra mile. He's an excellent negotiator, listens well and is diplomatic. He was a musician and now translates that art into an understanding of a house and home. I like his devotion to his wife. He's an excellent dad, too.
