In addition to providing the usual comps, Marvin recommended improvements to help sell the house and gave us a choice of moderate to extensive, what the approximate cost of each option would be, and what the estimated sales price we could expect for each option. The best part is that because we live out of state, Marvin agreed to act as our eyes and ears on the remodel. He recommended a contractor to do the work, took pictures of the months-long progress, answered all our questions, and went above and beyond the call by cleaning the sunroom windows himself the day of the Open. We rarely participate in reviews, even when service is great However, our experience with Magic Marvin of The Phillips Group was so exceptional that others should know that quality service is still available. My wife & I wanted to sell a second home that we had in our family for 20 years. The decision to sell was already emotional, so we asked if Marvin could take care of most of the "details" if not all.
