We worked closely with Tim from the get-go and were pleased across the board. He really listened to us, paid attention to what we wanted, and genuinely was a partner in the buying process rather than just a guide and real estate agent. He walked through the entire process with us, and at a time of COVID-19 /Coronavirus that means even more than it normally would. We felt understood, supported, and backed the entire time. With Interest rates being sooo low and available home inventory also being low, it was an unusual market to navigate, and we succeeded with flying colors due to Imagine Realty. Even after having an offer accepted on a property, Tim and Barbara were there 24/7 to answer our questions and address our concerns during escrow and made the entire process a seamless one. Seriously, we cannot thank Tim enough for helping us.

There aren't enough words to describe how awesome Tim is! We were reluctant to put our home on the market for quite sometime, however, when we were ready Tim was there. We knew that selling our condo was going to be a challenge and overtime it proved to be so. However, this wasn't a deterrent for Tim as he remained professional, patient, and determined. He had a constant slate of potential buyers lined up to view our home and always kept us updated. No matter what obstacles we faced, Tim found or created a solution and/or strategy. Tim provided excellent coordination working with myself (seller), property manager, overcoming tenant's delayed move-out, finding reasonably priced and efficient remodelers and landscapers, insuring they resolved any initial deficiencies, and staging property to get top dollar in sale.
