Maryann is a very expereinced and thoughtful professional. She helped my wife and I acauire a vacation home in the Las Vegas area. She worked tirelessly to find the exact home that we wanted and went above and beyond in coordinating the necessary steps to finalize the transaction even though we were dealing with her from three time zones away. My girlfriend and I moved to Las Vegas from San Diego. I randomly called a real estate office and was transferred to Maryann. I really don't like salespeople because they always have THEIR personal agenda put first, money. I can honestly say that Maryann put us first and never put ANY pressure on us to make a decision. One of the most stressful things to do in my opinion is shopping for a home. Now keep in mind, I'm a retired military veteran who served in some of the most elite units our military has to offer. Maryann helped my wife and I moved across the country! Literally, she was our only point of contact for moving to Southern Nevada, and she did an amazing job taking care of us.
