Inventory in Moapa Valley has expanded notably in this rolling three-month view, with active listings up more than 30 percent year over year and sitting at 54 homes. New listings have also risen by roughly a third from last year, while months of supply has surged to about 7.8, indicating many more options compared with the much tighter conditions seen a year ago.
