I had spoken with Melanee previously about another property for which she had the listing. She was very pleasant and helpful with her local knowledge and advice. That made me want to work with her if/when I did find a listing over realtor.com that appealed to me. At the time I was looking to move from the Phoenix Arizona area to Coos Bay.

Melanee was wonderful! She even took her own time to enable me to e-sign an offer I had on the home I am trying to sell in Arizona.

Melanee seems to be our perfect realtor. Living out of the area, we relied on her to manage water testing and power issues. Her staff jumped in and took over when she was unavailable. We did very well and appreciate everything Melanee and Century 21 did for us.

Melanee communicated well with my wife and I and was always willing to make the effort necessary to help us with the best home for us. She helped process the paperwork as easily as possible.

We had an out-of-state lender, and we were living in Lincoln City while our home was in escrow. Melanee went above and beyond the normal work for Realtors—seriously. She was “on it” in making sure the inspection, appraisal etc. went according to plan. We purchased with a VA loan, and it was more time consuming, but Melanee was there for us every step of the way. She even came and swept up paint chips that the sellers handyman had left on the property. She wanted to make sure everything was perfect for us before the final inspection. Melanee is truly an asset to your company! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and fun. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. We will definitely refer any & all friends and colleagues to her for any real estate needs.
