Melanie Romano is an absolutely amazing realtor. We had so much last minute paperwork/emergency we had to deal with and she was fantastic helping us through everything and getting it all into place. She basically became my therapist through all these issues that came up due to a rather inept loan processor (please go with her recommendations, it is so not worth it dealing with some of these companies!), as I was calling her so often with all these issues coming up.
