Michele is honest and upfront. To me this is the most important quality for an agent! I have worked with others that are willing to tell you whatever you want to hear to get a sale. Michele will tell you how it is. She is experienced and diligently listens striving to present options in line with your interests. Finally, she is attentive and prompt with communications even making herself available outside of normal hours when necessary.

We had some difficult situations with the seller arise during the purchase of our home and Michele helped us to navigate those issues all while seeking the resolutions most in line with our needs / interests. It is especially in those instances that an honest and open agent is invaluable and we are grateful to have found her. I would highly recommend giving her a call!

Michele has a heart of gold and cares about her clients and making sure they get the best possible service ice and experience. From start to finish, the process was easy and the stress so often accompanied with a real estate purchase or sale, was not a part of our experience with Michele.

Overall, it was a very positive experience. Michele is a seasoned professional with expert local knowledge. We saw more than 50 homes and made offers on more than 5 before we found the right house at the right price. Michele was very patient and understanding and helped throughout the multi-month process including providing advice on the sale of our prior home.

We had worked with Michele before with respect to investment properties and were impressed by her local knowledge and experience. In fact, she saved us from purchasing one property that in hindsight, had limited appreciation potential. She also helped us get our escrow funds back from a purchase that did not go through due to community restrictions on investment property ownership.

For everyone who is buying or selling, I do recommend Michelle Milson to handle all your needs. If you think all agents are the same, you are totally wrong. The last two years we dealt with many agents as we sold, bought in more than two states. From the first time I spoke to her I knew she was the right person to help us. We had already cancelled a contract on a home with another agent, who was fine selling us a horrible money pit - just to get the sale.

I found Michele Wilson through Redfin. We clicked the first time we spoke on the phone. She wanted me to tell her my wants and needs in a home, and she set out to find it for us. She never made me feel rushed, stupid, or that my wants were anything but normal. Together we seemed to bond over familiar things, and I valued her knowledge. She never did anything that wasn't the best for us. She was our advocate with other professionals, agents, mortgage companies and attorney's, and questioned things that bothered us or we questioned, without a second thought. And she resolved our fears and got the answers we needed. She was so busy with her many clients, but I never felt that she wasn't giving me her best 100% when she worked with us. She seemed to know what we were looking for even before we did. She lead us to the perfect home.

I have to say we feel very blessed to know every day we have the best home for us, that we have no regrets, and that she came into our life. Thank you Michele.

There are plenty of buyers brokers out there, but most of them leave it to the buyers to find the property and then they will schedule a viewing. We found Michele to be proactive is researching properties for us and patiently working with us during the property selection process, which was over 8 months. During this period we visited and discarded several properties, until we finally put the offer on the property we eventually purchases.

She connected us to the mortgage lender, and different trades companies during the inspection and due diligence period. Found her to be a good teammate in the negotiation phase of the project, she stood by and supported our pricing proposals.
