Monica’s enthusiastic, can-do attitude stems from her previous experience as a Federal Warrant Officer for Travis County and a Home Consultant with a National Builder. Monica’s passion for Real Estate really excelled in 2010 where she was named “Rookie of The Year” and in 2011 where she won the “Circle Award” for a National Builder. Monica a true Austin native has been an active member of her community for many years and is so excited to be turning that community focus towards real estate. Monica recently won the "2021 Rising Star" Agent Broker Award, obtained her Real Estate Investment Planning Certification, and National Commercial Real Estate Advisor Certification.
