We couldn't have asked for a better experience with a realtor! We chose Natalia first based on selling our current home--we knew she was an expert in our area and used several different and cutting-edge marketing techniques to market homes. We were blown away by her success--in a very stagnant market, she got us 7 offers the first weekend we listed, 6 of which were above asking. She walked us through the whole process step by step and made it painless. This was key because we happened to find and buy our new home before listing our old one! She even negotiated two weeks of free "rent" to stay in our current home after it closed, but we still had the funding available for the new home to close. Absolutely seamless.

Buying our new home was probably much more challenging for her, but once again she knocked it out of the park. We had about a 30 mile radius we were looking in, aka ALL over the Tampa Bay area, so we had her driving all over town as we explored and evaluated each area. We also had a very specific wish list as we have a large family and had some non-negotiables that were admittedly not easy. After one home fell through (thanks to her, not because of her--she helped us find a great inspector who found A LOT of things wrong that would have been insurmountable for our budget after close) she worked tirelessly to find us a home we liked as much. In the end, she found us one we liked more! She helped us negotiate the price down considerably, despite it being in a highly desirable neighborhood and new to the market, and have a long enough close (6 weeks) to have time to get our home ready to list and sold.

On top of her clear talent for what she does, she is an incredible human. Patient, thoughtful, understanding, generous with her time and despite her very kind demeanor...she is one heck of a tough negotiator! I don't hesitate to recommend her to all my friends and family.
