"Nick represented me in my search for a vacation property. He is a friendly, low key guy, not even close to the stereotypical high pressure salesman type. Most important to me, he was always readily available to calm my nerves when I got a bit anxious. In the end, he found the right home for me and negotiated a price that made me happy and that was also fair to the seller. It was all as smooth as can be expected.
