Zachary Hoag helped us purchase a vacation home in Pacific Grove, and we couldn’t be happier with his service and the entire process. Zach knows the Monterey Peninsula well, and he has great team that supports him every step of the way. I appreciated that he let us know that he sought additional opinions when providing us perspectives about aspects including price, location, potential renovations, etc. Zach is patient and consistent and really cared about us as clients. He always made time for us, answered all of our questions, met with us at convenient times (even if they might not have been convenient for him) and generally showed that he really cares about finding the right property for us as clients at the right price. The Ruiz Group has a fantastic list of reputable, fair, and knowledgable contractors, plumbers, electricians, cleaners, etc. that has been really helpful in the post-purchase process. The Ruiz Group was very professional and it all ran like clockwork on their end. Candace Colton was my realtor and she is the best. She gave me so much guidance and information along the way while we were purchasing a wonderful property in Carmel, CA. Candace always kept me in the loop and explained all the confusing parts of purchasing a new home. I am extremely grateful for her and I feel like I have a new friend. I would not hesitate to recommend her for all your real estate needs. Candace was knowledgeable, caring and friendly to all the people involved in my real estate transaction which really helped the process move along smoothly. Pete and his crew are amazing and hands down the best I've ever dealt with. Pete went above and beyond in helping us buy our dream house in Pebble Beach. I hope we don't have to move again anytime soon, but when the time comes, I'll definitely be calling Pete.
