Year-over-year, Carmel’s rolling three-month prices show notable gains, with the typical home value up about 13 percent compared to last June. Median list prices have climbed even faster over the same period, rising by more than 40 percent and signaling sellers’ growing confidence at higher price points.
Looking at recent activity, this rolling three-month view shows 31 homes sold and 43 new listings, with homes sold up roughly 28 percent from a year ago.
