Our journey began six month's ago with Charles getting my wife and I pre-approved with a local lender that had a great reputation. With that came a knowledgeable loan officer;branch manager: Steve Rammel who made the buying process even easier.

Charles fought for us day and night. He would call at 8am and work deals until 9pm trying to get our offers accepted. In today's competive market there came many shortfalls.
