Kim, resolved my dilemma! I sold my house in Monterey and had ~30 days to find a new one. With this housing climate and VERY low inventory I became seriously concerned. The houses I viewed weren’t really what I wanted and there was the continued battle of multiple bids on top of it! It became scary.
