I have 7 years of experience in real estate since 2017. In my very first year, I sold many properties and earned a rookie award for the highest sales volume as a newcomer. This year alone, I have achieved over $5 million in sales. I am also a general contractor and run a licensed company called Palladium Construction. I work with numerous investors to buy, build, and sell homes. Currently, I have around 10 new construction homes in the pipeline for 2026. I am looking for more sellers because I can quickly evaluate property value at a glance, estimate renovation costs, and identify any issues that other realtors might miss. With 5 to 6 years of experience in construction, I bring a very professional edge. Additionally, we have up to $15 million in fundraising capacity with a couple of investors, which helps us buy and flip tear-down properties in prime areas.
