My fiance and I got in touch with Paw Wooddell by calling a sign on a home that was for sale. From there on everything was amazing. I have never felt so safe with someone regarding such a BIG decision like buying a house. The good vibe Pam gave us was incredible. Her availability and promptness to answer ALL of our questions and to also meet us at any property at any time has made my experience and my fiance's very pleasant and so smooth that I even miss dealing with her on an almost daily basis.

Pam Wooddell went above and beyond the expectations of an agent. During move out I accidentally threw my car key fob in the garbage. I realized when and where i had lost it the day after the move, already 150 miles away. Pam drove to the house, dug through the trash, retrieved the key fob and mailed it to my new address.

This all happened after Pam Wooddell had done a professional job of selling our house.

Pam and Walt are very level-headed and insightful, and deeply experienced in real estate matters. They gave us honest advice, rather than trying to maneuver us into a quick deal.

Pam did an excellent job analyzing recent sales and helping us set the asking price for our home and then photographing it and creating online presentations.

We suffered a flood while we were out of town and had nobody else to call but Pam and Walt. They were on the scene within half and hour, called the disaster recovery company, and greatly eased our anxiety. They then helped us find a contractor to repair the extensive damages and helped us work with the contractor and buyer throughout the repairs.

Pam came to me through the mortgage company, BSI, that had bought my loan. I did not know anything about Pam, or Live Oak Realty. Now that I do know Pam, I highly recommend her to anyone! She really worked hard for me, and always kept me in the know about what was going on!
