“I really enjoyed working with Jeff, Ashli, and Hannah during the sale of my property and the purchase of my new property. They were always there to answer my many questions and provided their expertise and professionalism throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend Jeff and his associates at Century 21 Vanguard to anyone looking for a realtor that does the job of making his client feel they are important and keeps them well informed throughout the buying and selling process and afterward too.”

“Wow, where to begin?! My husband and I have been on a roller coaster with both selling and building. We would have pulled our hair out or chosen an appointment to be done with it all, if it was not for Jennifer. At literally every turn, Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure she was our voice with the builder! When my husband deployed, Jennifer made sure to educate me and walk me through all the steps for Power of Attorney and closing. Every recommendation from fencing, inspection, to dinner proved to be perfect matches for us! I will forever be in Jennifer's debt.”

“Terri i Parrish is no longer my Realtor....she is my friend! She "held my hand" through a difficult process for me as I am older and not as strong as I have been. She brought me coffee on the days the gas had been stopped and not restarted. She helped me move my belongings to storage! She returned every one of my frantic calls and soothed my concerns. She made sure every i was dotted and t crossed on every document. I must say that if one needs compassion in a Realtor and skills to sell, call Terri. I have one more to sell and she will be the listing agent!”
