I did some further research into her sales history, and saw that she had an extensive amount of experience. I also relied on testimonials from previous clients and liked what I read. My research paid off.

Peggy was a top notch professional. From start to finish, she was on top of all aspects of selling my mother's house, from pricing the home, marketing it, selecting the best offer to accept, and seeing the sale through to the closing. My mother passed away in the middle of the process, turning the sale into an estate sale and Peggy didn't miss a beat. She helped guide me through the process with good advice and a compassionate demeanor. The entire experience was so much easier than I expected with Peggy taking care of all the details.

My family and I were very pleased with Peggy’s efforts in selling my mother’s home. We were able to list, have a single open house then get an offer 2 days later. We closed in 18 days, everything went so smooth. Peggy’s vast experience was helpful to us - she provided guidance on what we should do and should NOT do to get sold quickly and without throwing money away on unnecessary repairs. I will miss owning the home we sold, but a new family needs it. I thank Peggy for her professionalism and success in quickly getting our home sold.

Peggy is great, always knew she would answer the phone and take me to whatever house I wanted to see. Peggy is always honest and helped me see the good and bad to every house we looked at, and that is what every buyer needs.
