Peggy Yanuzzeli was very understanding to my life situation and relocation out of NJ in the middle of trying to sell the house, and was very patient with me as I navigated through the sales process (it had been a number of years since I had sold a house and needed a refresher) while mostly being in a different time zone. This was certainly a challenging situation and I appreciate all of Peggy's efforts to get the house sold.

Now I know why she gets GOLD each time!

I would like to commend and recommend our Century 21 Realtor, Peggy Yanuzzelli, who recently assisted us with the sale of our house. Peggy had the knowledge and expertise to accurately determine and confidently suggest a selling price. This price, coupled with her advertising techniques, ultimately led to an almost immediate contract with proceeds from the sale exceeding our expectations. In addition, her advice in obtaining various contractors was excellent. All work was done in a timely, efficient and courteous manner.
