Phillip came to the house & explained how this would work. He said he would be with us every step of the way, & he was. We are 4 generations living together under one roof 93yrs to 9 months. We needed to sell the 3 bedroom house we were living in & get a 2 story house with 4 to 5 bedrooms & 3 to 4 bathrooms.
