I cannot say enough about Rafael that can truly explain what a wonderful man and professional he is! He is not only amazing at his job, but he always goes the extra mile, and with a smile and encouragement and optimism. His character is impeccable, as is his honor, work ethic, availability and encouragement. Rafael is a "CAN DO" man and he demonstrates it is every aspect of his representation of the home owner or buyer. With my properties, for sale for quite a while after Covid, he was incredibly patient and encouraging with a display of not only strength, but "stick to it" patience, encouragement, and the exploration of novel ideas or changes for marketing.
