Raul was amazing for me as a first time home buyer. He was available to talk about potential houses almost anytime day or night. He would often contact me after business hours which was great for me. He always answered his phone, always maintained his word, and led me in the direction to be able to find the perfect place to purchase. He never tried to sway me to buy any of the houses he showed but offered his insight whenever I asked him for some knowledge. He was instrumental in negotiating the deal to purchase the house we found right in the middle of a hot sellers market. We were able to craft an offer that almost guaranteed acceptance from the sellers. In fact it did, the sellers accepted the offer within 24 hours. I would recommend Raul to anyone who wants a hard working and knowledgeable Realtor.

Best agent in south Florida!
Raul really went above and beyond to help me find the perfect property. Being from out of state not knowing the area it was difficult for me to know which areas were good or bad. I tried to contact multiple agents with no luck until I found Raul. He immediately contacted me back with multiple listings, he spent every day driving around doing video calls with me showing me houses and neighborhoods until we found the perfect one. The process went so quick and smooth and we are so happy with the house and location that Raul found for us.
