Ray Mungia

We had planned on interviewing multiple realtors before deciding who to list our house with. However, after meeting with Rebekah and Ray we thought it would be a waste of time to meet with anyone else and we quickly committed to working with them. We were impressed with their knowledge of the community, experience and friendly demeanor. They also offered free services to prepare the house for sale like window washing and power washing. During the time it took to sell our house Ray and Rebekah went above and beyond expectations to help us. They helped coordinate a handyman to make some upgrades while we were out of town. They pet sit our dog when we couldn’t get back in time for a showing. They helped move furniture and provided their own decorations at Halloween to make the house more inviting. They were truly full service. I felt like we became good friends as a result of our relationship. They were always gratuitous. Always available and always willing to answer our questions.
