I started my real estate journey in January 2020, just three months before the Los Angeles COVID stay-at-home order. As a new agent in this challenging environment, the odds of failure were higher than normal. However, I adapted by listening to the needs of my clients, working harder, organizing my day, improving my negotiation skills, strategizing, and more. Since becoming an agent, I have successfully closed 11 transactions, each built on strong relationships and effective marketing.
