Inventory in Avocado Heights has expanded in the latest rolling three-month view, with about 25 active listings and 18 new listings coming to market. Months of supply has climbed sharply to 9.6, a large increase from roughly 2 to 4 months seen much of the past two years. At the same time, homes sold have dropped to just 5 over the period, down significantly from typical double-digit sales counts in many previous quarters.

Homes are spending around 26 days on market in this rolling window, which is quicker than many earlier periods even with slower overall sales.
