Renee and Shannon did an amazing job at helping us. We started off looking for a property for investment purposes and quickly decided this wasn’t for us. So we paused things and we knew when we were ready we would only use these two! Finally we were ready and they helped us find the most perfect house for our little family. Renee helped make the selling process go so very smoothly. Where there were some hiccups after I had moved out of town with some last minute repairs (for me, as the seller), she coordinated and oversaw the work to make sure it was all done to the inspectors final walk through. I would recommend Renee to anyone in the home buying or home selling process. She helped keep the stress level down and her can-do attitude was refreshing, as a realtor!
