Let me start by saying that Eddie Terry is a well-connected member of the community. Using his connections with painters, home cleaning contractors electricians, HVAC you name it, he was able to get my house off the market, saving me thousands each month. Through Eddie, I replaced three floors (5 bedrooms, long hallway, 2 full stairs and closets) worth of carpets, repaired and repainted the walls and ceilings, installed a full fence in the yard, vinyl repairs, HVAC repairs (twice), and kept the house clean, for less than $7K. I had no worries while serving overseas with my house on the market. Eddie was always steps ahead of me, had the right answers, advice, and never delayed when get things done. I am truly grateful for his expertise and always kept me informed.

Eddie was our realtor for a new construction home that took almost a year. Eddie Terry got my house sold remotely without me ever physically meeting him in person or setting foot back in the state of North Carolina. This was due to me being in the Army and being stationed far away from where my house was located.
