I can't say enough good things about Doni. She was amazing to work with when we bought our first home, while other agents didn't seem to want to take on our smaller budget. When it came time to sell, we knew that we could rely on Doni to be honest and work to get us the best possible outcome. At all times, she surpassed our expectations, immediately communicated as things occurred, worked with our changing schedule, and made difficult life changes so much smoother. Doni has just recently sold my property in Fayetteville while I was back home in Australia with family. Doni is an excellent realtor. She gave me suggestions on what to do to the house we were selling to make it more appealing to buyers. She was always in contact when there were showings of the house. She kept in excellent contact through out the closing process. I would recommend Doni to anyone for selling or buyers a home.

I could have not asked for a better agent. Doni is very knowledgeable and responsive. She does a good job with managing expectations. My home needed some updates and the contractors that she recommended did a good job at a reasonable price. The house was under contract four days after listing. We were able to close in less than 30 days. All this took place with me living five hours away. You will be hard pressed to find an agent that is more dedicated to selling your home as she will be.

Doni went above and beyond our expectations! We live out-of-state and as you can imagine the added stress of that AND trying to sell our home. Doni from the beginning was organized, knowledgeable, and most of all kept us informed of every part of the process. Every question answered and every call and email returned.
