Wow! Made buying a house such a breeze! I was new to home buying, and have heard horror stories from friends and family about terrible agents. Rickey and Traci were professional and personal! Never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way!

It was nice that Brittany made the time to pop into my original open house just to see if she might have any of her clients in need of what we had. Then when I started talking to her I know she was in the middle of selling our neighbors house, I originally went through my brother in law to get the house up on the market. But he did tell me he just doesn't have the time for much advertising since real-estate is not his main money maker anymore. We already had our house up on the market for 30 days with no offers.
We knew something wasn't right, with the market being very hot and so many people walking through the house, long story short as I got to talking with Brittany, I told her I would keep her in mind. I've know about your agency for many years and I know yall's name is big. Better for the advertisement for sale of my house. So I called my brother in law and he was very nice and told me if you have someone that can give yall more time and what yall need please use them because I know I can't. I called Brittany right up she made it happen fast, yalls photographer is amazing. We had the house listed with yall for 1 week and under contract at the end of that very week. Before we listed with Brittany and The Chavez team we were getting discouraged with how long our house sat on the market. We then met Brittany Lawrence and asked her a few questions on what she thought was delaying our house moving and just a few pointers from her and we knew we wanted to have her list our house. This was my first time purchasing a home so I knew nothing about the process. Rickey made sure he went over everything step by step. I got tons of listings of everything I wanted in a home until I found the one. Rickey was always patient with us I never felt rushed or pressured into a house. He answered all of my 101 questions. I never had to wait more than ten minutes for a call back. Any trouble I had with the lender or builder Rickey was on the phone getting thing straightened out.
