Working with Shade was an absolute pleasure! She was quick to answer any and all questions, very flexible with scheduling showings and accommodating to my family. She attended numerous walk throughs for me and even recorded detailed videos of all the homes for me! She was honest about telling me major red flags with not only the home, the surrounding areas but even the entire process from get approved to closing.
