What amazing work. A work horse. He fought for us and did so much. We are extremely grateful to have worked with him. He did everything for us between the showing of multiple houses, explaining complex processes, working with bankers, working with home inspectors, working with title companies, working with HOAs, working with property managers. He does it all.

Shawn spent the better part of an afternoon showing us around to several different properties that we wanted to look at. He took the time to answer many of the questions that we had and was very knowledgeable on all of the local real estate opportunities. We didn’t put an offer in nor did we end up buying but Shawn was responsive, professional and as a former business owner, had excellent customer service and communication skills. If we move forward we will likely give Shawn a call.
