North Port’s rolling three-month data through August 2026 shows fewer homes on the market, with active listings down more than 15 percent from a year ago. At the same time, contract activity has strengthened, as homes sold are up about 6 percent year over year and pending sales are up nearly 9 percent, pointing to solid buyer follow-through.
