From the second Audrey got the listing she worked tirelessly to get the best price, protect me from legal pitfalls and ALWAYS had my best interest at the forefront of her thinking. There was so much I don't know about the real estate world and she walked me through every step. I don’t often write reviews…life is busy…but after purchasing a total of 13 homes over the course of 30 years, I can’t say any of our realtors impressed us as much as Audrey Pascale! I hope this review helps someone who needs a “super realtor”. This was the most painless, quick, and organized buy we’ve ever experienced. Audrey was tireless, responsive and always available in a competitive and demanding market and went out of her way to find the perfect waterfront property that suits our needs. Her knowledge of the market, the area, finance, insurance etc. is seriously impressive! I would go so far as to say that Audrey Pascale and her team are a buyers dream team (and likely a sellers as well). Audrey didn’t quit once the ink was dry on the closing papers either. She took care of us long after the sale with help with movers, utilities, deep cleaning etc. If we could give her 10 stars it still wouldn’t be enough!
