I have been successfully selling real estate in the Tampa area for more than 15 years. I am a single agent who does not take on too many clients at one time, specifically because I believe giving my clients my utmost attention to their transactions is why I am able to buy and sell homes so quickly. I’m known for integrity, diplomacy, and sincerity in all my dealings. Every transaction, I believe, is always about the customer. The key to my success has also been the result of my patient demeanor and dedicated work ethic. When orchestrating deals for my buyers and sellers, I am assertive and effective without being overly aggressive. While I am a strong negotiator and advocate for my clients, I am also compassionate, friendly, humorous, and someone who eases a process that can often be quite stressful.
