I have been successfully selling real estate in the Tampa area for more than 15 years. I am a single agent who does not take on too many clients at one time, specifically because I believe giving my clients my utmost attention to their transactions is why I am able to buy and sell homes so quickly. The key to my success has also been the result of my patient demeanor and dedicated work ethic. When orchestrating deals for my buyers and sellers, I am assertive and effective without being overly aggressive. While I am a strong negotiator and advocate for my clients, I am also compassionate, friendly, humorous, and someone who eases a process that can often be quite stressful.
