As a first time home buyer Stefanie was everything I needed! She knew the market and was able to get us a showing quickly. Gave her opinions on putting in a strong offer when there were already others on the table. Then fought tooth and nail with an unresponsive sellers agent to get is everything she could in negotiations! Not only that Stephanie has a list of trusted inspectors and all other specialist, when she didn’t know someone she used connections to find us someone we could trust. Knowledgable and Thorough!

Stefanie helped us buy our forever home last year. We wanted acreage close to St Pete so there were not a lot of houses that would fit our preferences. When any popped up, she would reach out right away. After we found "the one", she was very thorough and helped us determine what inspections were necessary and was expedient in scheduling then.

When it came time to sell our previous house, we knew we were in good hands with Stefanie so we reached out again. She helped us figure out which touch ups would have the most impact on the sale price and the house was under contract within a week.
