Ms.koeva is the best realtor in the Albany area, Who is sure to deliver on selling your property. I spoke to her on the phone, I never met her in person. Her professionalism and energy knowledge of the industry and area gave me the confidence that she was the one to sell my house 🏠. We can only say positive things about our experience with Stella. She was highly proactive, responsive and sincere. Not once did we have the impression that she was just waiting for things to happen but always that she was on the ball and looking out for our best interest. You can tell she is very busy but has a way of making you feel like you are her only client by how attentive she is. She always makes time and has gone above and beyond on more than one occasion. We can honestly say that we would recommend her.

Stella is very efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and most of all always available to answer my questions and giving advice when required no matter the time. The closing was done in within a few weeks because of her dedication, we were also able to get a reimbursement based on the inspection done all because of her negotiations.
