Steve Kelly

My professional real estate career began in the late 1980s. I have comprehensive knowledge of the real estate business and started Silicon Valley Properties in 2000. While developing my skills as a troubleshooter and dealmaker, I initiated a Residential Real Estate Master’s Program for both working agents and new agents. As the owner of Silicon Valley Properties, I have overseen many difficult transactions. I have continued to mentor new real estate agents to ensure outstanding customer service and repeat business.

I am currently serving on the City of Santa Clara Real Estate Planning Commission and utilize this training to assist my clients who wish to redevelop existing parcels of land.
