Laxmi was great at securing top dollar for
my house, and had good connections with
contractors, stagers, cleaners, etc which
helped set up my house for sale. Laxmi
helped guide me through a difficult buyer,
but I had to follow up multiple times to get
status updates on where we were at, what
was required from me, and there was some
miscommunication between offer
acceptance and close of escrow. Overall, if
you want to maximize your sale proceeds
and are okay being hands off throughout the
process, Laxmi is the agent for you.
