Then, he advocated strongly for us in the negotiation to secure the property for a fair price. Steve was critical to sealing the deal. He was very detail-oriented and exceeded our expectations in making sure that we were very well looked after. Once the sale, Steve celebrated with us and continued to be available to help us with absolutely anything we needed.
