**Professional**
Steve moved to Florida from New Jersey in 1999 to attend and graduate from Florida Gulf Coast University. While in college, he obtained his real estate license in 2002 and began working full-time shortly after. Steve has participated in thousands of real estate transactions in both residential and commercial sales and rentals. In 2006, he obtained his Broker’s license and opened Maxim, LLC with his sister Jen.

**Charity**
Steve currently sits on the board of the Bonita Springs Assistance Office (BSAO), whose mission is to help local families in times of crisis. Providing a "Hand Up" not a "Hand Out" since 1979.

**Personal**
Steve resides on the beautiful Gulf Coast at Bonita Beach. In his leisure time, he enjoys various activities on the water and beaches, including fishing, paddle boarding, boating, and skim boarding.
